*This course and exam require the student to already hold the ITIL 4 Foundation Certification*

 

The ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) Bridge course is designed exclusively for professionals who want to transition to ITIL® (Version 5) Foundation.  The ITIL Version 5 Bridge course is designed to bring you up to speed on the enhancements added in the ITIL® (Version 5) Foundation, and  assums you have experience/certification in the previous ITIL® 4 and hold the ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.

Please note thaf if you hold the ITIL 4 Foundation Certification and would like to take the advanced ITIL 4 or ITIL 5 courses/certifications, you do not need to hold an ITIL 5 Foundation Certification.  This means that you do not need to take the ITIL 5 Foundation Bridge Course/Exam.

However, if you are ITIL 4 Foundation Certified only and you need ITIL 5 Foundation Certification, the the ITIL 5 Foundation Bridge is the quickes, easiest and most cost effect way to become ITIL 5 Foundation Certified.

Certification

ITIL® 5 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (Bridge Exam) is a 30 minutes, closed book, multiple choice exam. This is a shorter exam as it only focuses on the changes between Version 4-5. The voucher will have a validity of 12 months. You will need to schedule your exams within this time frame.

Exam Details:

  • Questions: 20 multiple-choice questions.
  • Duration: 30 minutes.
  • Pass Mark: 65% (13/20).
  • Format: Closed book.
