If you do not see a date for the course you need, let us know. We may be able to add one for you or your team. If you are interested in a private class for your team, we have what you need.

Advocates of Instructor‑led
Learning from someone that has experience, lives a life in the subject, and is engaging in the classroom. Are always the best training experiences that make a difference. Student confidence is higher, questions can be asked instantly, it’s highly engaging, and people learn faster.
That’s why we believe in live instructor-led training.
There’s a moment that happens in almost every class MAX teaches. Someone raises their hand, not because they’re lost, but because they’re one small clarification away from the concept clicking into place. The instructor pauses, answers, maybe redraws the diagram a different way. Thirty seconds later, the whole room is nodding.
That’s one thing a live instructor gives a class. It’s far from the only one. Our catalog of more than 500 courses is built almost entirely on live instruction, delivered by people who actually do the work they’re teaching. That’s a deliberate choice, and it’s one we keep making, class after class, year after year.
Questions that can’t wait
A real instructor catches what a recording never could.
Mistakes made early are cheap to fix and expensive to unlearn later. In a live class, an instructor watches for the moment a student’s understanding starts to drift, before it hardens into a habit that has to be corrected on the job. That correction happens in seconds: a question gets asked, an answer comes back, and the class moves forward together instead of one person quietly falling behind.
The class does some of the teaching
Confidence is contagious when you’re learning next to other people.
A live class is a shared experience. When one student asks the question everyone else was too nervous to ask, the entire class relaxes, and that relief is worth more than it sounds like. Confidence climbs. People raise their hands more. The pace of the class actually speeds up, because nobody’s quietly stuck and pretending otherwise.
Taught by people who do the work
Our instructors are practitioners first.
They aren’t reading a script off a slide deck. They’re people who live in the subject they teach, bringing years of hands-on experience into the class along with the curriculum. They can answer the question that isn’t in the manual, demonstrate a technique live, and adjust an example on the fly to match what the class is actually running into. That combination of a real practitioner and a live audience is what MAX has staked its whole catalog on.
Built around how people actually learn
A live class does more than answer questions.
An instructor reads the class and adjusts: slowing down on the section that’s clearly landing hard, speeding through what everyone already has down, pulling in a different example when the first one doesn’t click. Students build a network of peers who hit the same job problems, and often stay in touch long after the class ends. And because a live class runs on a schedule with a real person expecting you to show up, it comes with a kind of accountability that keeps people finishing what they started.
Live online, someone’s with you
Wherever you join from, the thing that makes it work is the same.
A real instructor, teaching in real time, responding to the people actually in the class. Online students ask questions and get answered live. It’s never just you and a playback bar. It’s about having someone in the moment with you.
Why live instructor-led wins
- Real-time answers to the question you have right now
- Confidence builds faster when you’re not learning alone
- Instructors are practitioners, not narrators reading a script
- Mistakes get corrected before they turn into habits
- Live classes adapt their pace to the class, not the other way around
- Students build a network of peers, not just a certificate
- A scheduled class comes with built-in accountability
- The same live experience wherever you join from

On-demand Courses
On-demand training is a practical option for short,
just-in-time learning and for building foundational
knowledge. While many free resources can be
effective for motivated learners, some situations
make attending a live class difficult. To support those
needs, we offer a curated selection of high-value
on-demand courses in frequently requested areas such
as ITIL, Project Management, and Cybersecurity.
