We are dedicated to helping the unemployed and underemployed receive valuable training and upskilling that can lead to personal and career advancement. We work with Federal, State, and County funding sources to help cover the cost of training. The Individual Microcredential Assistance Program (IMAP) helps Ohioans participate in a training program to receive a credential at no cost. IMAP training providers will cover all tuition, fees, and additional costs to help you learn new skills and earn a credential that can lead to a good job.

WIOA (Workplace Innovation and Opportunity Act) is a program from the Department of Job and Family Services designed to increase opportunities via educational, economic, and workplace investment. As a WIOA training partner in Ohio, we help students across the state access these funds.

To help support the servicemen and women who serve our country, MAX Technical Training helps veterans access G.I. Bill funding required to launch a new career in tech. We’re proud to say that, since 2012, over 10% of all Bootcamp alumni have a military background.

Tech2Thrive (via PayitforwardCincy) makes tech careers accessible for everyone by removing the financial barriers associated with coding boot camps and technical training. This fund empowers people traditionally underrepresented in high-earning tech careers by providing opportunities and support for those ready to make a change. This deferred payment model allows students to enroll in a coding bootcamp today and pay back the tuition only after gaining employment. The Tech2Thrive fund depends on the generosity of the community, on individuals and organizations willing to pay it forward.
