JOB TITLE: 
Client Experience Specialist– Corporate Solutions

REPORTS TO:  Director of Business Development

GENERAL FUNCTION 

Self-motivated, self-directed individual to grow and provide comprehensive support to existing MAX corporate accounts. Will work closely with President and Director of Business Development to assist corporate account customers in need of group or individual IT training.  An environment of collaborative contribution toward selling private, custom, and public classes with focus on relationship development within each organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work directly with the President and the Director of Business Development in achieving and ensuring an excellent customer experience for all MAX corporate and organizational clients.

  • Work directly with MAX Clients to schedule private classes and coordinate all individual registrations, certificates of completion and logistics in coordination with MAX Operations team and instructor(s).
  • Work with individuals in selecting classes and registering for those classes.
  • Keep MAX CRM up to date with Client information.
  • Respond to inquiries from MAX web site and calls.
  • Quote prices, credit terms, contract terms, or fulfillment dates for services.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to explain technical product or service information to customers and design custom education solutions
  • Attend networking events and staff MAX booth at events

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interface directly with customers and collaborate effectively with other departments at MAX: marketing, education, accounting, and operations
  • Excellent customer service skills for polite and effective communication with customers’ inquiries or complaints
  • Foundational knowledge of IT ideal (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent organizational skills and Microsoft office proficiency
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High Emotional Intelligence
  • Excellent creative and critical thinking skills
  • Technical/Business curiosity or experience
  • Proven ability to educate influencers/executives/decision-makers, building and maintaining positive communication with each stakeholder

Salary – $55,000-$60,000
