Class Reschedule/Cancellation Policy
We know things happen that don’t always work in your favor and not being able to take a MAX class would certainly qualify as not in your favor! That’s why we provide you with the opportunity to reschedule or cancel your class registration.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a class you must notify MAX Technical Training’s Registrar by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 513-322-8888 or 513-234-5855 at least (10) ten business days prior to class start.
You are permitted to find a replacement for your registration as long as the replacement belongs to the same company as you. “No-shows” and cancellations made with less than (10) ten days’ notice will be charged the full amount of the invoice. Re-sit students that “no-show” or cancel with fewer than 10 business days’ notice will forfeit future re-sits of that class.
