ITIL® RCV Release, Control & Validate

Learn how to successfully apply Release, Control and Validation best practices, gain competencies in RCV processes and understand how to deliver successful changes and service implementations. The Capability stream is targeted at delegates who will carry out ITIL® processes on a day to day basis.
The Release, Control and Validation course covers principles and processes that allow delegates to manage the implementation of new or changed services, and handle requests for access to them.

This course requires 30 hours mandatory study, also 12 hours self-study with the Service Transition and Service Operation core volumes is recommended.

  • 2 years IT experience is desirable

Exam:

  • Delegates must hold the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL® V3 or later, or ITIL® V2 + the V2-V3 Foundation Bridge) to take the exam.
  • 30 hours of study via an accredited training solution – confirmed by your course completion certificate to take the exam.
  • 12 hours of self-study using the Service Transition and Service Operation core volumes is recommended
