Exam & Certification
- Achieve CASM Certification: Successfully pass the web-based exam to earn the Agile Service Management Foundation Certificate. The exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, to be completed in 60 minutes.

- Earn PDUs: Project Management Professionals receive 16 contact hours or PDUs upon course completion.
Prerequisites
- Preparation for the Course: Complete pre-class assignments, review The Scrum Guide™, and The Agile Service Management Guide. Familiarity with ITIL is recommended.
