Operations Administrative Assistant


JOB TITLE:  Operations Administrative Assistant / Registrar

REPORTS TO:  Director of Operations

In this position many times this is the first person anyone sees or talks to at MAX.   They are the host or Hostess for MAX daily.  This position handles client PR, student administration and some other general office support.  To perform well in this role, the person in this role must be self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel, and adapt readily to new technology.  Must have a great smile and be upbeat all the time.


Front Desk/General Office, which includes:

  • Front desk
  • Purchase any items needed for the break room and facility
  • Morning setup
  • Telephone coverage
  • Mail – Daily (take out and pick up)
  • Marketing supplies

Class Resources (Corporate), which includes:

  • Order materials for classes
  • Monitor class attendance and update database
  • Manage class evaluations
  • Shipping/mailing of student material and Offsite Packages
  • Manage Certificates of Completions
  • Schedule MAX/partner classes

Registrar, which includes:

  • Process registrations for public and private classes
  • Customer communications in regards to their training
