In addition to our free placement services, the Ohio Means Jobs program offers incentives to hire the boot camp graduates several times a year. When available, the “On the Job Training” grants provide a reimbursement of 50% of the employee’s first $10,000 dollars of salary.

How do you hire a Cincy Code IT graduate?

There are two ways to hire a Cincy Code IT Graduate and we made them both fairly easy.


Hire right after graduation

Send us your job opening and we’ll get it to our grads, or you can meet them in person at one of our Cincy Code IT Meet and Greet hiring events.

Sponsor a future or current employee

Get ahead of the curve by planning to put an employee’s skills to use in the near future. A sponsor company can incorporate their own on-boarding into the boot camp schedule.
