This track record goes all the way to our first bootcamp in 2012 and includes our latest figures in 2016. As of September of 2016 the average starting salary for our bootcamp graduates was $51,000 which is in line with other areas of the country when factoring in the cost of living.

Guaranteed Jobs

Cincy Code IT, powered by MAX Technical Training, has passed a thorough and rigorous review in order to be approved by the state board of career colleges and schools. This is a good thing. State Board regulations forbid us from making claims on guaranteed IT bootcamp graduate job placement rates. However, we can guarantee you that we will make every effort in our power to put every one of our bootcamp grads into entry-level development jobs with some of the industry’s top companies. So far, we’ve been successful placing 98.5% of our graduates within a developer or developer related position. In addition to our Career Placement Services, our corporate partners participate in open houses, Meet N Greets, mentoring, networking and speaking events for Cincy Code IT students and alumni. To be placed in an environment where you can thrive and be happy depends not just on what you know, it’s also who you know, and MAX has over 18 years of establishing relationships with area employers. Our partners want to get to know you!
