Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony & Video (CTCOLLAB) v1.0 is a 5 day instructor led course that prepares the learner for troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco VCS-C, and Cisco Expressway series in a multisite voice and video network. The course teaches troubleshooting methodology, triage, resources, tools, and fixes at the integrated system or solution level for Cisco Collaboration Solutions. It covers troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, VCS Control and VCS Expressway, issues with Call Setup, issues with ILS, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Mobility Features, Cisco TelePresence Management Suite, and issues with Voice Quality and Media Resources.
SL-CCCEF Cisco Contact Center Enterprise Fundamentals
Through targeted instruction and a series of hands on labs, this 5 day instructor led course will provide students with a fundamental understanding of Cisco Unified Communications and Unified Contact Center Enterprise environment. It introduces students to the basic role and operation of Unified Communications Manager, ICM, CVP and Unity Connection (UC).
SL-ADCX Advanced Data Center Switching
This 2 day instructor led course is designed to introduce various QFX5k and MX/vMX features including, but not limited to, IP Fabric, Virtual eXtensible Local Area Network (VXLAN) Layer 2 and Layer 3 Gateways, VXLAN with Ethernet VPN (EVPN) signaling, and Data Center Interconnect (DCI) for a VXLAN overlay. Students will learn to configure and monitor these features that exist on the Junos operating system running on the QFX5100 and vMX Series platform. Through demonstrations and hands-on labs, students will gain experience configuring, monitoring, and analyzing the above features of the Junos OS. This course is based on Junos OS Release 14.1X53. Intended Audience This course benefits individuals responsible for configuring and monitoring switching features that exist on the Junos OS running on the QFX5k and MX Series platforms, including individuals in professional services, sales and support organizations, and the end users.
SL-ACE1 Acano Certified Expert Training 1
An advanced 3 day instructor led hands-on course, ACE I assists technicians and engineers fully understand how to install, configure, support and troubleshoot the Acano software solution on the Acano Server and on standard servers in a virtualized environment. Students will gain knowledge and experience deploying Acano Servers in single server, two-server, and resilient deployments in real-world environments. Installations will include full configurations and integrating the Acano solution with other UC platforms such as Cisco Voice and Video networks as well as the basics of integrating with Microsoft Lync. Students who complete the course with a passing grade on the exam will receive the ACE I Certificate.
SL-ACE2 Acano Certified Expert Training 2
An advanced 2 day instructor led hands-on course, ACE II builds on the learning acquired in ACE I, and goes deeper into complex, global deployments and architectures. Upon completion of the course, students will be capable of customized solution design, solution customization and using APIs to create integrated solutions. Students will receive the ACE II Certificate upon successful course completion and passing the exam.
