Agile Portfolio Management
Description
The value of Agile Portfolio Management is about enabling a business to respond more quickly to rapidly changing market conditions. It is about learning to deliver value for a project, product or program. This advanced agile training course teaches attendees how to apply Agile, Lean and Kanban Principles and practices to their portfolio planning and management. Participants learn new and innovative methods for planning, prioritizing, sizing and managing their portfolio initiatives. This agile course also covers planning around teams, measuring velocity and establishing a pull method from a portfolio backlog. Portfolio activities help attendees apply concepts learned to their portfolios.
Objectives
- Apply agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban and ScrumBan principles and practices to portfolio planning and management. Participants understand Strategy Analysis and Solution options to manage their portfolios.
- Develop a new approach to enterprise capacity planning
