Achieve your CASM Certification by passing the web-based exam. The exam comprises 40 multiple-choice questions to be answered within 60 minutes. Upon completing the course, Project Management Professionals (PMPs) will earn 16 contact hours or PDUs.

- Prepare for the course by completing pre-class assignments, reviewing The Scrum Guide™, and The Agile Service Management Guide.
- We recommend familiarity with ITIL for all participants.
